The Office of Elections needed help to coordinate training for volunteers registering to help on Election Day. Prior the Office of Elections would have to call volunteers and coordinate training. The problem is that not everyone’s schedule coincide with office hours and hours of availability, and it would be an endless game of phone tag.
We created a site that would help volunteers register and select training online without the endless game of phone tag.
My primary focus during this hackathon was to create a Submission Video that would communicate how our site would help with the Office of Elections. The graphics were created in Illustrator and the video was created in After Effects.
